Booking Confirmation

Thank you for choosing Off2Tanzania Safaris. After confirming your safari, we will send you:

An official booking confirmation

A packing checklist with essential items for your trip

To finalize your reservation, please complete the required booking form and return it via email.
We strongly advise all travelers to have valid travel insurance in place before starting their journey.

Payment Terms

A 35% deposit of the total invoice amount is required within 14 days of the invoice date.

The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

For bookings made within 56 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately.

Your booking becomes officially confirmed only after we receive your payment in our bank account.
Please note: All bank transfer charges must be fully covered by the sender.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you must cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellations take effect from the date we receive your written notice.

The following cancellation terms apply:

90+ days before departure: Refund of 30% of the trip price

89–45 days before departure: Refund of 20% of the deposit paid

Less than 30 days before departure: No refunds will be issued

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation fees.

Visa & Passport Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring all travel documents are valid and up to date.

Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of arrival in Tanzania.

You may obtain a Tanzanian visa: Online before travel, At a Tanzanian embassy/consulate, Upon arrival at major entry points

Visa fees are generally depending on your nationality.

Liability

Off2Tanzania Safaris will always act with professionalism and care to ensure your safety and the security of your belongings.
However, we cannot be held liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

Personal injury or illness

Death

Delays, accidents, or incidents beyond our control

For this reason, we strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, and trip cancellations.
