Hashim Nkya is the Founder of Off2Tanzania Safaris and brings over 20 years of experience in aviation and exploration, along with extensive travel across Africa—from the savannahs of Tanzania to the vast landscapes of Namibia.
His background offers a unique perspective on terrain, wildlife movement, and the natural environment, enriching the safari experience for every guest.
Hashim has also worked as an associate researcher on carnivore projects, gaining valuable field and scientific experience in predator behavior and conservation. His combined expertise in research, guiding, and exploration ensures that every safari is thoughtfully designed, professionally led, and deeply connected to nature.

Hashim Nkya is the Director of Off2Tanzania Safaris and Chief Safari Guide, with over 19 years of experience leading exceptional wildlife safaris across Africa. His deep passion for nature and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted expert in delivering authentic and memorable safari experiences.
For the past four years, Hashim has worked with National Geographic, guiding specialized expeditions and offering guests unique insights into Africa’s diverse ecosystems and wildlife.
In addition to his guiding work, he serves as an Assistant Researcher and Wildlife Biologist, contributing to conservation efforts and advancing the understanding of wildlife behavior. His scientific background enriches every safari, providing guests with a deeper, educational perspective.
Hashim has traveled extensively across multiple African countries and is dedicated to connecting people with nature while promoting sustainable tourism and conservation.
Rose William serves as the Head Office Coordinator at Off2 Tanzania Safaris, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across the company. After completing her primary and secondary education, Rose pursued further studies at the diploma level, where she was awarded a Diploma in Administration. Her academic background provided her with strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills that are essential in her current role.
As Head Office Coordinator, Rose is responsible for overseeing office activities, coordinating communication between departments, managing schedules, and supporting management with administrative tasks. She ensures that all office operations run efficiently and that both staff and clients receive timely and professional support.
Rose is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, making her an important part of the Off2 Tanzania Safaris team.
Eliakim P. Mofulu is a dedicated and passionate field guide with extensive experience showcasing the natural beauty and wildlife of Tanzania. He received his professional training at the Limpopo Field Guiding Academy, where he earned a recognized Field Guide Certificate.
Following his certification, Eliakim has spent several years guiding visitors through Tanzania’s iconic national parks, offering immersive wildlife experiences and sharing his deep knowledge of the region’s ecosystems. His work has taken him across renowned destinations such as Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Tarangire National Park.
Known for his keen eye for wildlife, strong communication skills, and commitment to conservation, Eliakim ensures that every guest enjoys a safe, educational, and memorable safari experience. Kaim Mollel is a dedicated and knowledgeable safari guide based in Arusha, widely recognized as the gateway to northern Tanzania’s renowned tourism circuit and the land of Mount Kilimanjaro. Growing up in this vibrant region, Kaim developed a deep appreciation for wildlife, nature, and Tanzania’s rich cultural heritage from an early age. After completing his primary and secondary education, Kaim pursued professional training at a wildlife college in Arusha, where he gained essential skills in wildlife conservation, ecology, and tour guiding. His academic background laid a strong foundation for his career in the tourism industry.
Kaim went on to build over six years of hands-on experience working with various tour companies across northern Tanzania. During this time, he guided travelers through some of the country’s most iconic landscapes, sharing his expertise on wildlife behavior, ecosystems, and local traditions while ensuring memorable and safe safari experiences. Currently, Kaim is advancing his career as a safari guide with Off2Tanzania, where he continues to deliver high-quality, personalized guiding services.
